DELIVERY

Orders are usually sent out after receipt of payment and are sent via a carrier company for Greece, via Hellenic Post Office for rest of Europe and USA while they are followed with a tracking number.

• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
• Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• In the event of a Greek Post Office strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
• International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
• Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
• The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:

• When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
• If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
• Orders are being processed immediately after payment control. In case of errors, the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
• The products are dispatched within 1-2 working days. For shipments abroad, the delivery times vary depending on location and can take from 2 to 6 days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
• The products will arrive directly at the site indicated without having to pay anything in addition to the amount paid at the time of order.
• Due to delivery safety reasons we do not ship to PO Boxes.
